Ashnil Mara Camp, with 50 luxury tents, all aligned along the river offering elegant and modern double or twin suites, all with electricity and hot and cold running water. Décor is light and natural, with splashes of color in the ethnic rugs and throws adding an African feel. Vast beds under swathes of mosquito net, richly colored timber floors, and roll-down canvas panels give the interiors a sense of traditional safari style. Each has a private sundeck overlooking the river. Their facilities include a swimming pool in which after your game drive you can dip in or simply relax as the perfect place to laze around in the calm afternoons. A restaurant that serves buffets featuring international, oriental, and traditional African cuisine while the open-air bar serves a wide selection of beers, cocktails, and liquors, bush dining and picnic lunches can be arranged on request. A lounge bar is located in the main building away from the dining area. The décor has an African touch that makes it a wonderful place to pass the time and relax. Wifi is available but connectivity is limited to a few areas in the camp.
